We're all fired up for Greenwich Newcomers Gourmet Club American Barbecue Potluck

Let the grilling begin! We ask that you bring a dish to share--an appetizer, main course, side dish or dessert. The dish MUST be from one of the following cookbooks:

1. Serial Griller: Grillmaster Secrets for Flame-Cooked Perfection by Mat Moore.

2. Rodney Scott's World of BBQ: Everyday is a Good Day.

You can also do a Google search for each chef's barbecue recipes that are posted on line. There are several!

As a reminder, the GNN Gourmet Club's Mission is to foster a love for food and cooking, provide opportunities for culinary exploration, and build community among members.

*Tickets $15 per person

*Includes beer and specialty cocktails with a barbecue theme.
