Join us for a taste of the islands as Gourmet Club heads to the beach for an evening of Caribbean-inspired food, drinks, and good company by the water.
We'll create our Caribbean feast together! Each guest will sign up to bring a Caribbean-inspired dish to serve approximately 20 bite-size portions, couples signing up together count as two guests (35-40 bite size). Choose from appetizers, seafood, meat and poultry, vibrant sides and salads, or something sweet for dessert.
Think jerk chicken, coconut shrimp, Jamaican patties, grilled fish, rice and peas, plantains, tropical salads, rum cake and plenty more. The suggestions are just inspiration, so feel free together creative!
$15 per person

Contribution includes rum cocktail, non-alcoholic drinks, and beach-table essentials. BYOB for any other alcohol you may wish to bring.
