Join us for a relaxed evening of creativity, connection, and community as we explore the simple soothing practice of mandala coloring.

In a world that so often asks us to do more and move faster, this month's Wellness Spotlight is an invitation to slow down, gather together, and enjoy the simple pleasure of coloring.

There is something wonderfully calming about choosing a color, putting pencil to paper, and allowing yourself to create without expectation or judgement. As we color together, we'll enjoy conversation and connection while discovering how this simple creative activity can help quiet the mind and bring us more fully into the present moment.

No artistic experience is needed, and there's no right or wrong way to create. Simply choose a pre-designed mandala that speaks to you, then make it uniquely your own through color and creativity. 

Simply come as you are, choose your colors, enjoy the company, and create.
