Get into the Halloween spirit with this tour of the Sleepy Hollow Cemetery!
On this one hour tour we will see Washington Irving's grave, among others. See the area where Irving drew inspiration for his timeless classic -The Headless Horseman. Learn about his impact on American Literature and the enduring appeal of "The Legend Of Sleepy Hollow"
This is a public tour so you must register on the GNN website AND click this link to buy tickets. We will be taking the Original Knickerbocker Tour. If you are interested, please register and buy your tickets soon, it may sell out.
*Please wear sturdy walking shoes as we will be walking on uneven ground.
Parking: There is plenty of free parking inside the gate.
Pomerance Park Fall Walk

Join a casual group for a late morning walk through this urban nature park in Cos Cob.
We'll walk the forested red path, a well maintained dirt trail of just under a mile and a half. Wear sturdy shoes and bring a water bottle.
There is a small parking lot at the entrance to the park off Orchard Street, we will meet by the entrance sign.
If you have time and would like to add some mileage, there are several cafes within a mile of the park that are great for a quick after walk coffee or treat.
*In the event of rain, we may need to reschedule.
