Lace up your hiking shoes and grab your water bottle. Welcome to our hikes. Laura will guide us though a hike at Mianus River Park where there is something for everyone, whether you're just starting out or looking for a bit of a challenge. What a beautiful way to spend the day, enjoying nature and connecting with others.
*Meeting place is at the 450 Cognewaugh Rd., Cos Cob entrance not the Merribrook Rd entrance in Stamford. When putting Mianus River Park into your GPS, it will automatically send you to the Merribrook entrance.
Please register so we know to wait for you. We will wait 10 minutes for everyone to arrive. If you cannot make it or are running late, text Laura at 917-886-1454.
Please take note, the hike will be canceled if the weather does not cooperate, keep an eye open for email updates.

Hello! Welcome to Let’s Do Lunch! We meet for lunch at restaurants both in Greenwich and surrounding towns. We try to time it before school pickups for those who have school aged children.
Please BRING CASH to make bill paying easier. We will have a separate bar tab for anyone who would like to order alcoholic beverages. Please let Randi know in advance if your plans change and you are unable to attend.

2025 5K for Hope Run/Walk

Join us for the Breast Cancer Alliance's 5K for Hope!
Whether you choose to run or walk, come together with family, friends, and neighbors to honor and remember loved ones who have fought breast cancer.100% of the proceeds from this event will go towards supporting the Breast Cancer Alliance's Screening and Support Services grants.
To register:
1. Click the registration link and choose the 5K Run/Walk option.
2. When registering, select the GROUP/TEAM TAB.
3. Under the Group Banner, find GREENWICH NEWCOMERS & NEIGHBORS, click join and follow the steps to complete your registration.
4. You must also register through GNN.
REGISTRATION FEE: $55.50 (includes processing fee).
This is a great opportunity to support an important cause while enjoying a fun group walk with friends and neighbors!

Coffee Morning FAQ
I'm new to Greenwich and don't know anyone. How will I know where to meet the group?
We are excited you are joining us and promise we won't bite! If we are hosting coffee morning at a private residence, you will find the address on our website. Sometimes we meet at a park, cafe or local business, you will be able to spot our group. Just look for the Greenwich Newcomers Club sign. Continue to follow us on Facebook and Instagram or visit our website for updates on upcoming Coffee Mornings.
Should I bring anything?
No need to bring anything. We will provide the coffee and snacks. Part of membership dues help support these events.
Can I bring my Child?
Many people bring their children to our Coffee Mornings, so please feel free to bring the little ones.
Can I bring my spouse or friend?
The more the merrier. Please let us know when you register who you will be bringing.
How long does the event generally last?
Coffee Mornings generally last two hours. Don't worry if you can't make it at the start of the coffee. Come when you can and leave when you need to. We're flexible.
If I have any questions, when should I contact?
Email greenwichnewcomers@gmail.com . If the coffee morning needs to be cancelled due to weather or illness of the host, we will send an email and post on our social media.
